Salad with cod liver, cheese and eggs is a win-win option for a snack on the festive table. You can also cook such a salad with pollock liver.

  1. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Hard-boil eggs (fill with water, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes), peel and separate the whites from the yolks. Chop the squirrels.
  3. Finely chop the cod liver.
  4. Grind the yolks.
  5. Peel and grate the garlic.
  6. Finely chop the greens.
  7. Grind the yolks with oil from canned food, add grated garlic, chopped herbs.
  8. Mix proteins with grated cheese and pieces of liver.
  9. Pour this salad with the mixture prepared from the pounded yolks. Salt and pepper. Mix.
  10. Salad from pollock liver (or cod liver) garnish with sprigs of greens.
