Another variation of the salad with canned sardines.

Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots and grate on a fine grater. Cut the loaf into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Mash the sardines with a fork. Marinate the onion.
Spread the salad in layers, brushing with a little mayonnaise: 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 sardines, 1/2 carrots, 1/2 eggs, 1/2 onions and half the croutons.
Lettuce lightly press down and put a second time all the ingredients in the same order.
Leave the salad to soak for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
