Salad with chicken, grapes, olives and nuts is a dish with an interesting combination of ingredients and a festive taste. Chicken meat is in perfect harmony with grapes, crunchy nuts and sour olives. First, the chicken fillet is boiled, then all the ingredients are cut and seasoned with a delicious sauce based on mayonnaise, natural yogurt and mustard.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Use grapes of any variety, you can have the same color, preferably pitted. Capers are great in place of olives. Walnuts can be replaced with any nuts.
  2. Bring water to a boil, salt. Wash the chicken fillet and put it in boiling water. Bring to a boil again. Boil for about 30 minutes over low heat.
  3. Cool the boiled chicken fillet. Cut into small cubes. Transfer the chopped fillet to a salad bowl.
  4. Wash the grapes thoroughly. Pluck the berries from the bunch. Cut each berry in half. If there are bones, remove them.
  5. Add chopped grapes to poultry meat.
  6. Blot the olives with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut in half lengthwise. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Chop the walnuts with a knife. Add nuts to salad bowl.
  8. For dressing, mix mayonnaise, natural yogurt, mustard.
  9. Add dressing to salad. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
