Salad with chicken hearts, ginger, quail eggs, mushrooms.

  1. Boil chicken hearts for 25 minutes. They have to be very delicate in taste. They don't need to be cooked for a long time.
  2. We cut the carrots and bell peppers into thin strips, onions into rings, cucumber into slices, mushrooms into segments, and fry from all sides.
  3. We put cucumber, onion, carrot, pepper, mushrooms in a bowl. On top of them we lay a bunch of finely chopped ginger and garlic, and sprinkle with freshly ground coriander.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a small frying pan so that the bottom is slightly covered, heat the oil over high heat until it starts to smoke well. And pour some of the oil on the garlic and ginger, which we put on top of the salad. Thus we get a savory salad dressing, with roasted garlic and ginger. Pour a little oil, the salad should not be greasy.
  5. Mix gently, add cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs, lettuce, pour over with sesame oil, salt with soy sauce.
