To prevent the eggs from drying out, carefully cover them with cling film so that the film touches the eggs themselves. Thus, a vacuum will be created, there will be no access to oxygen, and the eggs will remain fresh.
  5. When the poached eggs are boiled, remove them with a slotted spoon, allowing excess water to drain.
  6. My eggs turned out to be not very beautiful, but I didn't need that, because I will cut them into a salad. And if you want to make poached eggs, you will have to try to make the eggs presentable.
  7. Wash green onions and chop.
  8. Place eggs and onion in one bowl.
  9. Add mayonnaise, salt and stir.
  10. The salad is ready, you can serve it.
