  2. Chop onion, chuku, cucumbers, add to fish and potatoes
  3. Finely chop the onion, chop the chuku smaller for convenience. Chop the pickled cucumber.
  4. Season with lemon juice and pepper to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
