Beef or pork tongue salad is a very easy snack, perfectly combined with various products

  1. Boiled offal is released from the film and then cut into straws.
  2. Onion cubes are overcooked until golden.
  3. Mushrooms are cut into slices, added to the onion, and fried for about 2 minutes.
  4. To fried vegetables lay out the tongue, where it cooks for no more than 3 minutes.
  5. The fried mass is cooled, then mixed with cucumber straws and cubes of boiled eggs.
  6. In a bowl with salad add peas, chopped herbs, salt, spices, and mayonnaise.
  7. After thorough mixing, place the salad in a salad bowl.
