Light, airy Chinese cabbage salad with canned tuna, apple, onion and garlic is a great option for every day and a great quick dish for a festive feast! Canned tuna has a rich taste, so the main flavor of the salad is fish. The sweet and sour green apple adds a special zest and harmonizes perfectly with the rest of the salad ingredients.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. If you want to get the most dietary salad, replace mayonnaise with natural yogurt.
  2. Cut Chinese cabbage into short strips.
  3. Wash the apple, remove the core. Cut the apple into strips.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  5. Drain the liquid from the canned tuna. Disassemble the fish into small pieces, while removing any bones that come across.
  6. In a bowl or deep salad bowl, combine cabbage, onion, apple and fish.
  7. Peel the garlic clove and put it through a press.
  8. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt to taste and add garlic.
  9. Mix salad.
