Salmon skewers in the oven are prepared quite quickly (without taking into account the marinating time), and the taste will not yield even to a restaurant dish. The fish is pre-aged in dry wine with spices and lemon juice, and then baked on skewers with vegetables in a hot oven. A simple recipe for fish kebab lovers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare everything for the meal.
  2. It is better to use fish not frozen, but fresh, so ready-made skewers will retain their juiciness. Take a small onion so that the rings hold well on the skewer near the fish.
  3. Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Remove the salmon fillet from the skin, remove the bones if necessary and cut into pieces about 3-4 cm in size.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  6. For marinade, combine white wine, juice of half a lemon, sage, cumin, salt and pepper mixture in a deep bowl.
  7. Put the fish and onion in the marinade, mix and leave in a cool place for 1-2 hours to marinate.
  8. Wash the sweet pepper, peel and cut into 3x3 cm square pieces.
  9. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15-20 minutes so that they do not burn in the oven at a high temperature.
  10. Shortly before the end of the marinating time for the fish, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  11. Alternately thread onion rings, salmon pieces and pepper squares onto skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet or on a heat-resistant form so that it is possible to turn them over during baking and pour over the remaining marinade.
  12. Bake skewers with salmon and bell pepper in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  13. Put the finished kebabs on a plate, pour with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil or dill.
  14. A quick, bright and appetizing fish dish is useful, because salmon contains many substances necessary for our body.
  15. Juicy fish, baked vegetables - both the main dish and the side dish at once.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
