Salmon burgers with poached eggs

These delicious burgers are quick and easy to prepare. No one will refuse such a delicious breakfast.

  1. Cut the buns in half and fry each half in a toaster or grill. Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice and mustard powder. Add enough milk to form a homogeneous elastic mass. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Boil water in a large saucepan and pour into boiling water one egg at a time, cook poached eggs for a couple of minutes. Gently transfer the eggs to a plate.
  3. Place salmon slices on each main bun half, and one poached egg on top. Pour the sauce over the burgers and sprinkle with onions or bell peppers if desired. It will also be good if you sprinkle the burgers with ground black pepper. Cover with the second buns and serve the burgers immediately.
