Unsweetened pie with delicate fish filling is a great option for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Defrost the dough, roll out and cut each layer into 2 identical rectangles. Defrost the fillet. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the leek into rings 1 cm thick, rinse well and dry. Wash the dill, dry and chop. Remove the leaves from the thyme. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic and thyme leaves for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the leek, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes until soft. Salt.
  3. On two layers of dough, leaving 0.5 cm from the edges, put the fried leeks, on top of the fish fillet. Sprinkle with dill and lime juice and pepper. Cover with the remaining dough, pinch the edges well. Make one or two small holes on top for steam to escape. Transfer to a baking sheet, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes and bake until golden brown. Serve hot with green salad.
