Delicious and original sandwich with scrambled eggs and cheese has an appetizing crisp crust and juicy viscous melted cheese filling. Sandwich and scrambled eggs - two in one. Learn how to make such a sandwich in this recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. For a sandwich, use toaster bread or a regular brick, as long as the slices are not too small. I have 9x12 cm slices of bread.
  3. From this amount of products, you will get 3 sandwiches.
  4. We press each slice of bread with a spoon in the middle, not reaching the edges of about 2 cm, so that a depression is formed.
  5. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan and fry a piece of bread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Thus, we fry all the slices of bread, adding butter as needed.
  7. Put the slices of bread on a paper napkin so that they do not get wet, and also so that excess fat is absorbed.
  8. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  9. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  10. Put half of the toasted bread on the board with the deepening upwards.
  11. Put the cheese in the groove.
  12. On top of the cheese, put 1-2 teaspoons of ketchup or tomato sauce on each slice of bread.
  13. Cover the top of the cheese with the remaining slices of bread with a deepening inward. In the middle of the sandwich, press down again with a spoon to form another depression for the egg.
  14. Carefully pour the egg into the recess. Salt to taste.
  15. We spread the sandwiches with egg, cheese and ketchup on a baking sheet lined with parchment and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-8 minutes. As soon as the protein grasps, and the yolk is still liquid, remove the sandwiches from the oven.
  16. Serve the scrambled egg sandwiches for breakfast right away.
  17. Bon Appetit!
