  6. We peel the boiled eggs from the shell, divide them into yolks and whites. Separately rub the whites and yolks on a fine grater.
  7. Add 1 tbsp to the egg whites. a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix.
  8. We also add 1 tbsp to the yolks. a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix.
  9. Peel the boiled beets and rub on a fine grater. Drain the excess juice. Add 1 tbsp to the beets. a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix.
  10. Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
  11. I have white onions. To get rid of the bitterness, I pour boiling water over it and dry it. If you have sweet red onions, then you don't need to.
  12. Cut the rye bread into thin even slices (I had sliced ​​bread).
  13. Put on top of the bread about 1 tbsp. spoon of mayonnaise and spread with a thin layer.
