It turns out to be very thin, which my children love very much.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Sift the salt with flour, add the liquid mixture, add oil at the end. Knead for 5 minutes. until a smooth dough is obtained. Grease a container for lifting, roll the dough into a ball and put in a container in a warm place for half an hour. Cover the container with plastic wrap.
  3. Divide the finished dough in half and stretch it with your hands in thin 2 circles (you can roll it out). Put the filling on the dough - grease the base with tomato sauce, for me it is marinara, sprinkle a little cheese on top, then sausage, tomato slices and cover with a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan with a pinch of basil. Leave for 5 minutes under a damp towel.
  4. Heat the oven to 250-270 ° C - the higher the temperature, the more crispy the base will be. Heat the baking sheet too. Remove the baking sheet, brush with olive oil (so that the bottom crunches after baking). Put the pizza semi-finished product on a baking sheet, turn on (if any) the fan in the oven. Bake until the sides are golden brown or whatever you like. It took me 15 minutes.
