Sausages in honey mustard sauce

As one of the buffet appetizers, I present to you a recipe for cocktail sausages on skewers with fresh cucumber. The harmony of sausages with a dressing of French grain mustard and honey diversifies the buffet table and will appeal to everyone without exception.

Ingredients

• Sausages (small) - 300 g (14-15 pieces)
• Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.
• Fresh cucumber - 100 g
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
• French mustard seeds - 1 tbsp.

Directions

1. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put sausages in it.
2. Fry the sausages on all sides over medium heat until browned. This will take 7-10 minutes.
3. For the sauce, mix the French mustard grains and honey in a deep bowl. If the honey has thickened, heat it in a water bath.
4. Pour the dressing over the sausages and fry together for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Cucumbers cut into equal neat cubes.
6. String the ingredients on a wooden toothpick - first the cucumber, then the sausage.
7. Put all the skewers with sausages in honey-mustard sauce on a dish. Garnish with herbs or cherry tomatoes.
