Sausages with new potatoes and rosemary

Sausages and potatoes are baked in the oven along with onions and aromatic rosemary (a very popular herb in Italian cuisine).

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Use a fork to prick the sausages in one or two places. Cut the onion into 8 pieces. Cut large potatoes in half.
  2. Place the sausages and onions in a baking dish, sprinkle with red pepper and rosemary.
  3. Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil (add a little mustard if desired) and stir.
  4. Bake the sausages with potatoes in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until tender. Stir once or twice during baking.
  5. Bon Appetit!
