Scrambled eggs are the traditional breakfast in many families, because it is always fast, satisfying and tasty. With a couple of ingredients, you can make your regular scrambled eggs a real edible valentine! Such a romantic breakfast will be especially relevant on Valentine's Day - your significant other will receive an eloquent declaration of love without further ado!

  1. Cut the pulp of the red bell pepper into small cubes. Peel and dice the mushrooms.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. a spoonful of sunflower oil and heat it up. Fry mushrooms and peppers over high heat for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Divide the egg into white and yolk.
  4. Put mushrooms and peppers from the pan into a bowl with egg white, add salt and black pepper.
  5. Stir the contents of the bowl.
  6. Free the sausages from the packaging. Cut each sausage lengthwise into two halves, not cutting all the way to the end on one side.
  7. In a pan of a suitable diameter, heat another 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil. Lay out two sausages, expanding them to form a frame. If the edges of the sausages do not hold well, you can hold them together with toothpicks.
  8. Form a heart out of the third sausage by turning the sides and securing them from below with a toothpick. Place the sausage heart in the center of the frame.
  9. Place the egg white / mushroom / pepper mixture in a frame around the heart.
  10. Put the yolk in the middle of the sausage heart.
  11. Cover the pan with a lid and over low heat, let the eggs come to readiness (the yolk should set).
  12. Transfer the prepared valentine eggs to a plate, not forgetting to remove the toothpicks.
  13. Serve such an original scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast on February 14 - and your significant other will be delighted!
