An original breakfast made from simple products - cute scrambled eggs - "flower". Such mouth-watering scrambled eggs and fried potatoes are not difficult to prepare, they look very unusual and will cheer you up even on the gloomiest morning!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
  2. From the specified amount, I got 2 scrambled eggs. I cooked scrambled eggs in cocotte makers - a small serving dish with a diameter of about 6-7 cm. If you wish, cocotte makers can be replaced with muffin cups - their diameter is slightly smaller, so it's better to take small eggs.
  3. Such an unusual scrambled eggs and potatoes are cooked quickly enough, so it is better to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange the potato slices in one layer and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until light golden brown. Then add salt to the fried potatoes.
  6. Place one round of fried potatoes at the bottom of the cocotte makers (or muffin tins). Spread the rest of the potatoes gently overlapping the walls so that you get a "flower".
  7. Put a piece of butter on the bottom of each "flower".
  8. Carefully break an egg into each mold. Salt.
  9. If using small muffin tins, break the eggs first and separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the required amount of protein into the molds, and then carefully put the yolk into each compartment. This will prevent excess egg white from flowing out and the potato "petals" will be clearly visible.
  10. Send the eggs and potatoes to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 10-15 minutes, until the yolks are cooked to the desired degree. During this time, the yolks remained liquid.
  11. Serve cooked eggs and potatoes to the table.
  12. Bon Appetit!
