Regular scrambled eggs and sausage can be cooked in the shape of an amazing heart and pleasantly surprise your partner on the morning of Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Carefully cut the sausages lengthwise, but not completely.
  2. Turn the sausage halves outward and fasten the free ends with a toothpick to make a heart.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages on one side, pressing lightly.
  4. Turn the sausages over to the other side and break the egg in the middle, salt. You can add chopped bell peppers and chopped green onions. Cover with a lid and bring the eggs until the protein is cooked over low heat.
  5. Depending on the partner's preferences, scrambled eggs can be made in two versions - fried eggs (leaving the yolk intact) or a more fried "chatterbox" (mixing the protein with the yolk). With the addition of greens, both versions of the heart-shaped scrambled eggs and sausage are very beautiful. Bon Appetit!
