Scrambled eggs with cheese and pickles

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to make scrambled eggs, cheese and pickles.
  2. Grate the pickled cucumber on a fine grater and lightly squeeze the juice.
  3. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the grated cheese and pickled cucumber in the pan.
  5. Fry the cheese and pickles over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about a minute.
  6. Divide the eggs carefully into whites and yolks.
  7. Set aside the yolks for now, and add salt, black pepper and sour cream to a bowl of proteins.
  8. Whisk the protein mixture with a fork or small whisk.
  9. Pour the protein-sour cream mixture over the fried cheese with pickled cucumber.
  10. Place the yolks on top of the protein mixture immediately.
  11. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the eggs over low heat until the yolks are cooked through (about 8 minutes).
  12. While the eggs are cooking, rinse the dill, dry and chop.
  13. Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with dill.
  14. Scrambled eggs with cheese and pickles are ready. Serve the scrambled eggs immediately after cooking.
