  3. Cut the baguette into pieces about 5-6 cm long. Remove the crumb, leaving only a thin layer inside the bread crust to better keep the pieces intact. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-to-medium heat. Place the pieces of baguette vertically in the pan.
  5. Break one egg into each piece of baguette and sprinkle with a small pinch of salt.
  6. Fry the eggs in the bread for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Turn the scrambled eggs in the bread carefully so that the half-set egg inside the baguette pieces does not accidentally leak into the pan.
  7. Turn off the heat and sprinkle each piece of baguette with grated cheese. Leave the baguette and scrambled eggs in the skillet for about 30 seconds to melt the cheese slightly under the influence of the residual heat. Then transfer the scrambled eggs in the bread to a plate and serve.
