A great start to the day or a great option for a hearty snack - bright scrambled eggs with green peas. Making such a breakfast is as easy as shelling pears and will not take a lot of time - a great addition to your morning cup of tea or coffee!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
  2. Peas can be used frozen, young, or even canned. If you decide to take young peas, it is better to pre-boil them for 2-3 minutes in boiling water.
  3. You can take any greens - parsley or dill.
  4. Break eggs into a deep bowl.
  5. Pour in milk. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Shake eggs and milk with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  7. Warm up the pan, lightly grease with vegetable oil. Put the peas and, stirring, fry over low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Then pour the egg mass into the pan.
  9. Stirring constantly, cook the eggs over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, until the eggs set.
  10. Rinse the parsley, dry, chop finely with a knife and sprinkle on the finished scrambled eggs with green peas.
  11. Place the eggs on a plate and serve.
  12. Bon Appetit!
