An unusual variant of the usual dish - scrambled eggs and cheese in cute ham "baskets" baked in the oven. Making such a beautiful breakfast is not difficult at all and will not take much time. Original and delicious!

  2. If the ham is one piece, cut it into thin slices.
  3. Such baked scrambled eggs cook quickly enough, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees.
  4. Put a slice of ham in each muffin pan so that you get a kind of "basket" for the future omelet.
  5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, divide into 4 parts and arrange in tins.
  6. Break an egg into each mold. If you wish, you can add a little salt and ground black pepper, but do not forget that ham and cheese already contain salt and spices, so be guided by your taste.
