My favorite way to cook eggs is scrambled eggs. Such scrambled eggs are prepared in a pan, with constant beating.

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet, then pour the lightly beaten eggs into the skillet, sprinkle with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and cook the scrambled eggs, whisking constantly, for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add mustard, chopped parsley and chives to the pan. Continue to cook the scrambled eggs, whisking for 1-2 minutes, until the eggs are completely fried.
  3. Put the scrambled eggs on a plate and sprinkle with parsley and chives.
