  1. We send pasta to boiling salted water and boil for 8 minutes.
  2. Put the finished pasta in a bowl with a slotted spoon and add the butter.
  3. In a bowl of pasta on a fine grater, three hard cheese.
  4. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, dried basil and ground pepper (black and, if desired, red).
  5. Then pour in 50 ml of liquid from the saucepan in which the pasta was cooked. We mix.
  6. We transfer the contents of the bowl to the pan and put on heat. Drive in three eggs so that the yolks remain intact. Salt. Cover the pan with a lid and cook scrambled eggs with pasta, cheese and cottage cheese over moderate heat until the egg whites set. The yolks should remain runny.
  7. Chop the parsley.
