Scrambled pizza on pita bread

Ingredients

  1. Dice the finished meat (I still had the chicken stew) and the tomato.
  2. Put meat or sausage and tomatoes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Season with salt and fry a little.
  3. Shake the eggs with a whisk, salt and add your favorite spices (I have for chicken). Pour the egg mixture into a skillet with tomatoes and meat. Fry for 3 minutes, until the bottom sticks well, but the top remains still watery. Put a sheet of pita bread on top, and turn the eggs over. Add grated cheese on top, cover and fry for another 3 minutes. Done.
