Serbian cutlets with mashed potatoes

Serbian cutlets.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We pass the minced meat twice through a meat grinder.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, spices. Knead thoroughly.
  3. Cut off the neck of a plastic bottle obliquely, and use it to shape cutlets.
