Shake chazuke soup with salmon and rice

  1. Broth: cut salmon fillets (you can use other red fish) into large cubes, boil.
  2. Boil the rice separately (I used rice to make Sen Soi sushi).
  3. Cut green onions into feathers.
  4. Pour broth with fish pieces into a plate, add boiled rice, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, some green onions, garnish with seaweed and sesame seeds. Serve with wasabi.
