A quick recipe for barbecue marinated in champagne.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We wash the meat, cut it into pieces, the size of a child's fist. We cut the onion into rings.
  2. In an enameled bowl, mix the meat with spices and salt with your hands, pour champagne (so that it covers the meat completely), put the onion on top. We leave the kebab in champagne to marinate.
  3. The meat is marinated in this way very quickly (about an hour), due to the carbonation of champagne, and it turns out very tender.
  4. We cook the barbecue for about 15-20 minutes, on the coals.
  5. The bread is very tasty soaked in marinade and the smell of meat, which is put on the barbecue when it is a little fried.
  6. And, of course, in the heat, we sent potatoes in foil.
  7. Be sure to serve vegetables with barbecue.
  8. And here is the finished kebab in champagne. Enjoy your meal!
