If you want a delicious barbecue, but there is no time for a picnic, an electric barbecue grill will come to the rescue. In operation, electric grills are almost no different from conventional barbecues.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the meat. Dry. Cut into pieces.
  2. Peel and wash the onion. Half cut into rings, and half grate on a fine grater.
  3. Put the meat in a bowl, salt and pepper, add the grated onion, adjika and wine. Mix well. Arrange onion rings on top. Leave the meat to marinate for 3-5 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Thread meat onto skewers alternately with onion rings. Fattier pieces of meat at the top of the skewer so that the fat released during frying flows down the lower pieces. Put on the protective cover.
  5. Insert the skewers into the electric barbecue and bake the barbecue in the electric barbecue until cooked (about 25-30 minutes, but watch the barbecue during frying, checking the readiness of the meat).
  6. Turn off the electric barbecue and put the barbecue on a dish. Serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
