I am sure that you will like beef skewers cooked in ginger-onion marinade. This is delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Clean the fillet of fat, if any. Cut the meat into strips about 1.5 cm wide. Put the fillet in a plastic bag with zippers. In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade for the beef skewers. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, vegetable oil, minced garlic, ginger and ground black pepper. Pour this marinade into the meat bag and mix well. Seal the bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade and thread onto metal skewers. Put the skewers on the grill and cook the beef skewers, turning occasionally, 7-10 minutes, until medium done.
  3. Serve hot beef skewers with vegetables.
