Shrimp fried rice

  1. Cook the rice until tender.
  2. Meat: cut into small pieces, about 1.5 cm each, and fry in a pan until crisp.
  3. Omelet: Break eggs into skillet and cook until tender.
  4. Send the finished rice to the chicken (which is already in the pan), fry them together at the maximum temperature for 6 minutes. Then add shrimp to the dish.
  5. After a few more minutes, add the omelet, peas, corn to the pan, mix everything.
  6. Put on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (onion, parsley) and garnish with the largest whole shrimp.
