Everyone knows the taste of an omelet with vegetables, bacon and other familiar additives, I suggest trying this version of an omelet with shrimp, Greek spices and hot pepper.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat all the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Put the shrimps, bell peppers, bacon, onions, jalapenos in a preheated pan, add basil, spices, lemon juice and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes, until the shrimps are pink and the vegetables are soft. Transfer the contents of the pan to a bowl and cover.
  2. In the same pan, heat the remaining butter over medium-low heat, pour the eggs into the preheated pan. When the eggs begin to set, you need to lift the edges with a spatula so that the liquid mass is fried evenly.
  3. Put the shrimp mixture on one half of the omelet, sprinkle with cheese and cover with the other half of the omelet. Transfer the omelet to a plate, cut in half and sprinkle with parsley.
