Shurpa kainatma is easy to prepare. This soup consists of young lamb, juicy vegetables and aromatic spices. Very good soup for a home and cozy family dinner!

  1. Rinse and peel the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the lamb into pieces, fill it with water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam, cook until tender. Let's prepare the vegetables.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes, onions and bell peppers - in half rings, hot peppers - in small pieces, carrots - in slices, and remove the skin from the tomatoes. Add onions and carrots to the finished broth, cook for 25 minutes.
  3. Then put potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. After a few minutes, add spices: cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, chopped cilantro and basil. Cook the soup until the potatoes are cooked. Serve to the table, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Bon Appetit!
