A very simple, airy, tender, slightly moist and incredibly delicious chocolate cake can be prepared in a slow cooker. A chocolate cake is prepared from a small amount of products, but, surprisingly, it turns out to be very lush and tall.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift through a sieve all the dry ingredients for the dough: flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and the word.
  2. We drive in 2 eggs, add butter and vegetable oil. Pour in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (if you could not find the extract, nothing needs to be added).
  3. We add milk.
  4. Beat with a mixer for 4-5 minutes, gradually increasing the speed. Then pour in the vinegar and stir for a few seconds (the vinegar will immediately react with the soda and bubbles will appear).
  5. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the dough into it. We bake a chocolate cake in a slow cooker, turning on the "Baking" mode, for 1 hour. After the beep, leave the cake in a closed multicooker for another 15 minutes.
  6. Now let's make the chocolate fudge. To do this, put a heat-resistant dish on medium heat, mix cocoa with sugar, a pinch of salt and, stirring constantly, gradually add milk (the amount of milk may vary, because cocoa is different).
  7. Stirring constantly, cook the fondant until the chocolate is brewed and the mass becomes more glossy.
  8. Add butter and, if desired, cognac (or rum). Stir until the oil is completely dissolved.
  9. (You can just melt the chocolate for the icing, it will be faster.)
  10. Chocolate cake in a slow cooker is ready (diameter - 20 cm, height - almost 7 cm).
  11. We take it out of the bowl.
  12. Drizzle with slightly cooled chocolate icing.
  13. We decorate the chocolate cake at our discretion (I decorated it with frozen raspberries).
  14. A simple chocolate cake (in a slow cooker) is ready.
  15. Let it cool and cut it.
  16. Bon appetit!
