Simple Chocolate Cupcake

Chocolate cupcake - fast, tasty, easy!

Ingredients

• Milk - 1 glass
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Butter - 150 g
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Flour - 8-10 tbsp. l.
• Cocoa - 2-3 tbsp. l.
• Soda (quench with vinegar or lemon juice) - 0.5 tsp.
• Raisins, dried apricots, poppy seeds, candied fruit, vanillin, zest (optional) - to taste

Directions

1. Add a glass of sugar and 150 g of butter to a glass of milk. Bring everything to a boil.
2. Add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa, mix, cool.
3. Whisk 3 eggs and add to mixture. Pour about 8-10 tbsp. spoons of flour. The dough should be like liquid sour cream. Add 0.5 teaspoon of slaked soda.
4. You can add raisins, dried apricots according to your desire.
5. Pour the batter into the mold and bake the chocolate cupcake until tender, 45-50 minutes.
6. Decorate the chocolate cupcake as desired.
