Pork kebab with pineapple and pepper can be cooked both on the street and on the home grill. Either way, this is an excellent dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Place the pineapple in a bowl and refrigerate. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and black pepper. Pour half of the marinade into a large plastic bag with zippers, put the chopped pork fillet in the same place. Seal the bag, shake well and refrigerate for 4 hours. Cover the rest of the marinade and refrigerate.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade. On metal or wooden (soaked in water) skewers, string meat, pineapple and pepper in turn. Place the pork skewers with pineapple and pepper on the grill and cook with the lid closed for about 10-15 minutes, brushing with the reserved marinade and flipping.
  3. Serve pork skewers with pineapple and peppers with boiled rice (optional).
