Amazingly delicious skewers. Easy and simple to prepare, you can cook for the future, freeze and then fry at a convenient time for you. This version of the barbecue is just a lifesaver when guests are on the doorstep. Or you can take kebabs for a picnic and enjoy them in nature!

  1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise (horizontally) into several parts.
  2. We beat each piece of chicken fillet a little, putting it in a bag so that the meat fibers do not tear.
  3. In mayonnaise add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of hop-suneli seasoning (can be replaced with your favorite seasoning for meat) and 1/3 teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with spices and grease fillet pieces on both sides. Set the chicken aside and move on to the minced meat.
  5. You can take any minced meat, but with minced pork, skewers-rolls will be juicier. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of suneli hops and 1/3 teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers to the minced meat.
  6. We knead the minced meat well, beat it off a little, throwing it into a bowl
  7. We spread the cling film on the table, put the fillet pieces on it.
  8. Distribute minced meat on top.
  9. We roll up the roll of chicken fillet and minced meat. Wrap meatloaf in cling film.
  10. For convenience, we cut the roll into two parts and send it to the freezer until it freezes (this way the roll cuts better), for at least 2-3 hours, the time depends on the temperature of your freezer.
  11. To prevent wooden skewers from burning, soak them in water for a couple of hours beforehand.
  12. We take out the roll of chicken fillet and minced pork from the freezer, cut into pieces 2 cm wide.
  13. We string meat rolls on skewers (I have thin skewers, so two at once). Place on a wire rack greased with vegetable oil.
  14. We bake kebabs in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, at an average level, literally 10-15 minutes. We put a baking sheet with water under the grate so that the kebab is more juicy and the oven is clean. Fillet pieces with minced meat are thin, and skewers-rolls are prepared very quickly, the main thing is not to overdry them.
  15. Delicious skewers-rolls are ready. We serve to the table. It takes very little time to prepare, and the result will please you!
