A quick and healthy breakfast for those who are losing weight or for lovers of health drinks based on unflavored yogurt.

Ingredients

  1. 1. Peel the fruit from the skin, seeds, and kernels. Wash strawberries, and remove stems. Load crushed ice into a blender, about 1 cup. Then peeled fruits and berries, natural yogurt. You can sweeten 1 tbsp. honey. Strawberries can be substituted for a ripe banana if desired.
  2. 2. Blend everything until puree.
  3. 3. Pour into containers. The recipe says to chill for 30 minutes.
