  5. Squeeze a little juice from the beets, 4 tbsp. spoons. And 4 tbsp. put tablespoons of beets in a separate bowl. Add 1 tbsp to the beets. l. (with a slide) of melted cheese and stir.Lubricate the chilled pancakes with beet juice on one side.
  6. On the other hand, grease the pancakes with beets and cheese (filling).
  7. We fold each pancake into a roll and cut into several pieces.
