Snacks with salami sausage on a festive table

This snack has a delicious taste and will come in handy, by the way, at a holiday buffet, at home, or at work.

Ingredients

• high-quality salami sausage
• White bread
• lettuce leaves
• fresh or pickled cucumber for decoration.

Directions

1. The sausage is cut diagonally into thin slices, they should be in the shape of an elongated oval. Bread is cut into small oblong pieces, the salad is torn by hand into small pieces. Cucumber is cut into large cubes.
2. The products are strung on a skewer as follows: the basis of the snack is bread, a lettuce leaf is placed on it, followed by salami, which is either rolled into a roll or folded in half. A small cube of cucumber decorates the resulting snack.
3. Treats are served chilled. The plate can be decorated with fresh herbs and lettuce.
