  1. From flour, butter, sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla sugar and salt, knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out figures in the form of snowflakes from it with a mold (I got 16 snowflakes).
  3. Cut out the middle of 8 snowflakes. Bake all cookies in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle snowflakes with a hole immediately with 2 tsp. vanilla sugar. Spread whole biscuits with jam, cover with the remaining biscuits.
