Song cupcakes with apples on a festive table

• 500 g of apples (peeled)

Directions

1. Peel an apple, grate it and cut it into medium pieces.
2. Add oil and sugar to the apples, and beat everything with a blender until smooth. Add sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and washed raisins to the apple puree.
3. Grease cupcake tins with oil and spread the dough with a spoon, but not to the top, as it will rise when baking.
4. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 180-degree oven.
