Sorbet with the taste of mulled wine

Summer is coming to an end, and the rest of the month is a great chance to try new ways to freshen up and have fun. Do you think that you have already tried all the options? You are wrong!

Ingredients

• Red dry wine - 200 ml;
• Cognac - 1-2 tsp .;
• Sugar - 1 tsp .;
• Peel one orange;
• Spices to taste (cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom).

Directions

1. Place the spices in a saucepan and heat them to reveal the aroma.
2. Fill the spices with wine, and add cognac, sugar, and orange. Cook until the sugar dissolves and gets a rich taste.
3. Strain the drink through a cloth or sieve.
4. Pour wine ice cream into molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
