Ingredients

  1. Wash the shrimps and mussels. Peel the shrimp, remove the heads. Peel the onion, chop finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and boil for 15 minutes. Drain the water, cook the mushrooms for another 5-7 minutes. Cut some of the mushrooms into thin slices, the rest into small cubes. Wash greens, dry well, chop finely.
  3. Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and brown the onion and garlic in it for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour in the wine, simmer everything together for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour chicken broth into a saucepan, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, add mussels and shrimp, cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the cream into the soup, add the herbs, stir, do not boil, cover and turn off the heat.
