Sour cream and soy sauce

This sauce was awarded a separate page on the site. It is adored by everyone who tries it. This sauce is probably the best alternative to mayonnaise. There is nothing wrong with homemade mayonnaise, but it needs to be cooked. And even from the purchased one you will not die, but the less often you eat it, the better. And here everything is extremely simple and extremely tasty.

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons of the fattest sour cream (if there is no fatty sour cream, add a little mayonnaise for a denser consistency)
• 2 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
• a medium-sized squeezed clove of garlic (or a pinch of dry garlic)
• salt and pepper to taste
