Cake "Zebra" without baking - delicious, delicate and elegant. It is ideal for those cases when you want something tasty, but you don’t feel like turning on the oven at all. On the table, such a delicacy looks impressive and appetizing!

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Cream should be well chilled.
  3. Pour gelatin with cold milk and leave to swell.
  4. Prepare the base.
  5. Put the cookies in a blender bowl and grind them into crumbs.
  6. Melt butter and add to cookie crumbs. Stir.
  7. Pour in the milk and stir again.
  8. Line a culinary ring or board from a mold with a diameter of 18 cm with a film. Set the ring on a dish or plate. Put the resulting crumb into a mold and tamp. Send the form with the prepared base to the refrigerator.
  9. For cream, combine sour cream and condensed milk in a bowl. Stir.
  10. Whip chilled cream. Whipping to peaks is not necessary, the cream should just become airy.
  11. Warm the swollen gelatin in a steam bath (do not bring to a boil!). Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  12. Add a few tablespoons of sour cream to the gelatin mass and mix thoroughly.
  13. Constantly stirring the mass of sour cream and condensed milk, pour in the gelatin.
  14. Add whipped cream and mix thoroughly.
  15. Divide the resulting mass into 2 equal parts.
  16. Add vanilla sugar to one part and mix.
  17. In the second part, add cocoa powder and also mix.
  18. Remove the form with the previously prepared base from the refrigerator.
  19. In portions (2-4 tablespoons each), alternating vanilla and chocolate cream, fill out the form.
  20. Make a pattern on top, if desired, with a skewer. To do this, run a skewer over the surface of the cake in the direction from the edge to the center, each time wiping the skewer with a napkin.
  21. Place the Zebra Cake in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  22. Remove the frozen cake from the refrigerator, carefully remove the ring and remove the film.
  23. Zebra cake without baking is ready!
