Spicy cake with dried fruits, condensed milk and cream cheese cream

This cake is surprisingly soft and tender. Air cakes in vegetable oil, with spices and dried fruits, smeared with boiled condensed milk and cream cheese cream.

  1. We prepare the ingredients for the cakes.
  2. To save time, we immediately heat the oven to 175 degrees.
  3. We also prepare the ingredients for the cream.
  4. First, prepare the dough: combine sugar with sunflower oil and grind.
  5. We introduce one egg into the mass and grind. Then we introduce the second egg, also grind it and, finally, we introduce the third egg, also grind and beat with a mixer.
  6. We extinguish the soda with lemon juice and add to the whipped mass. Add salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  7. We add flour.
  8. Cut dried apricots and prunes into pieces.
  9. Gently mix the dough and add dried apricots with prunes.
  10. Mix dried fruits into the dough.
  11. For baking, I use a detachable ring with a diameter of 14 cm, which I wrapped with foil from below.
  12. Lubricate the form (ring and foil) with sunflower oil and fill with dough (take one third of the dough).
  13. We bake the first cake. We make sure that the bottom does not burn - dried fruits from the bottom can be slightly charred. We take out the finished cake from the oven and let it stand for a bit: when it cools down, it will be better removed from the mold.
  14. We bake all three cakes in this way.
  15. Leave the cakes to cool, and in the meantime prepare the cream.
  16. Whip the cream (from 30%) into a stable foam.
  17. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to cream.
  18. Mix with a mixer. We place the cream for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
  19. Lubricate one cake with butter cream, the other with condensed milk.
  20. We lay the second cake on the first condensed milk down. Lubricate the second cake with cream on top. Lubricate the third cake with condensed milk. We spread the third cake on the second condensed milk down.
  21. The cream that came out is distributed on the sides of the cake.
  22. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with coconut if desired.
  23. We decorate the cake in an arbitrary way or leave it without decoration. I used roasted crushed peanuts, ready-made cake toppers, and shredded coconut.
