Vitamin C is found in berries (cranberries, mountain ash, viburnum), lemon and other citrus fruits, cabbage, ginger, so we cook fruit drink from cranberries and add ginger and lemon to it.

  1. Squeeze the juice out of the cranberries.
  2. Pour the pomace into 1.2 liters of cold water, add brown sugar and all the spices, lightly crushed in a mortar. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Cool, 15 minutes, then drain.
  3. Mix with cranberry juice, add honey to taste directly into the cup. Serve warm (but not hot) with a slice of lemon.
