A bright vegetable salad of tomatoes, carrots, onions and greens is a great quick appetizer and a great addition to meat dishes. Having added vegetable oil dressing with vinegar and hot red pepper to the salad, be sure to keep the salad in the refrigerator so that the vegetables are slightly marinated and fully reveal their taste.

  1. Wash the tomatoes, wipe dry and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them on a Korean carrot grater.
  3. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings.
  4. Rinse the parsley, dry and chop.
  5. Place the tomatoes, carrots, onions, and parsley in a bowl or deep salad bowl.
  6. For dressing, combine salt, sugar, ground red pepper, sunflower oil and vinegar. Stir.
  7. Pour dressing into bowl with salad ingredients.
  8. Mix the salad and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. After an hour, the salad can be served.
